Governor Obaseki's Aide Hits Hard On Buchi Over Comment On Women

By John Michael Ojo
The Senior Special Assistant on Digital Media to the Governor of Edo State, Sarah Ogunbor has criticised popular social media influencer Solomon Buchi over his comment on women.

Solomon Buchi earlier today on his Twitter page cautioned men to stop dating broke women.

However, this did not go down well with Ms Ogunbor, who took to her Facebook page, to describe  Buchi’s opinion as inane and uncalled for, adding that not all broke women hate to work.

“Women are going through a lot. It’s not every woman that is financially down or broke that hates to work as suggested in this write-up. This statement has no boundaries, and it suggests that the writer is just being mischievous.”

“A broke woman today may not be a broke woman tomorrow. There are prospects, values, principles amongst others you should be on the watch out for and not just mere finance. Who nor get today go get tommorow.

“Cheers to all the hardworking women out there striving so hard to make things work. May you succeed,” she added.

How I Got Signed To Olamide's YBNL Record - Asake

By John Michael Ojo
Rave of the moment, Ahmed Ololade Asake, better known as Asake has stated how he got signed onto Olamide’s record label, YBNL nation.

The ‘Sungba’ crooner who revealed this in a recent interview with Cool FM, said he had been texting Olamide since 2020 but didn’t get any response from him.

Asake said he would always slide into Olamide’s DM asking for help while reminding him of how he helped his friends like Fireboy and so on.

He also revealed that he and Fireboy went to the same school but Fireboy seemingly experienced a breakthrough before him so he often used this against Olamide all in a bid to get his attention but it didn’t work out.

Asake said his dream came true after he dropped ‘Omo Ope’ which got Olamide’s  attention and in response,  the YBNL boss  gave him a call and demanded that they meet and when he arrived, Baddo simply asked if he would like to join the family.

He further disclosed that he didn’t think twice about the question as he agreed on the spot.

Overly excited Asake avowed that he wasn’t even willing to take the terms of contract home and read through them before signing as he felt it was a waste of time and just wanted to start work immediately.

The singer said Olamide told him that he had been watching him for a long time before the signing took place.
